♥ I ship on weekdays (No Weekends) / Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?  No./ All orders placed on Friday will be ship out on Monday. I do offer buy online and pick up at the spa by appointments only.

♥ Allow 1 business day to process your order! (...may take longer during holidays/sales!). Please read the ingredients disclaimer page here first before placing your order.

♥ Please note that CHICAGO BROW QUEEN is NOT responsible to replace lost or stolen packages once the post office has shown a delivery confirmation to your specified address. Though these things do not happen often, if you are a victim of mail theft make sure to immediately file a theft claim with the United States Postal Service. If you have to cancel an order, please do so 24 hours after the order is placed.

♥ Please understand that transit times provided by the USPS are 3-5 days. There is absolutely no way I can control any delays, missed routed mail, or mishaps once the packages leaves my hands. Delays are to be expected during holidays, extreme weather, etc. Please verify your your delivery address and email are correct. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, your order could be delayed or not received at all. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect shipping address.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: (No Refund/ No Exchange.) Unfortunately due to hygiene, health and safety none of the products sold can be returned or exchanged. In the event your item was damaged during shipping, please send me an email @ within 24 hours of receipt. I will ask that you send me a picture of the product and shipping package via email of the damage product.
